We help turn your Tenerife trip into a useful buying visit, with viewings, local travel, paperwork appointments, and Spanish-speaking support planned before you land.
Flying In
From most large European cities, you can fly direct — no need to route through Madrid or another connecting city. Because flights run frequently year-round, we can help you plan a focused trip around viewings, NIE appointments, bank meetings, and local checks.
Ryanair, easyJet, and Jet2 all serve Tenerife well, making trips back and forth genuinely affordable. That matters during the purchase, but also later when you want to visit the property, meet the management team, or combine a holiday with practical owner tasks.
The island has two airports. Tenerife South is closer to the main southern resort areas — where many non-resident buyers purchase — so we help match your arrival point, viewing schedule, and transport plan to the areas you are seriously considering.
Remote Step
Once the bank has confirmed the realistic budget, we build a clear property profile with you: location, distance to the beach, terrace or balcony, new-build preference, rental potential, accessibility, views, renovation level, and any must-have details.
We start by sending selected properties that match your brief, including options available through our local network and partners such as Tenerife Residential, where selected and exclusive listings may appear. You are not limited to these options: if you find properties on online portals yourself, we can also help review and compare them.
When you have narrowed the list, for example to several properties you are serious about, we can arrange a fixed-price virtual visit. An agent can walk through the property wearing smart glasses while you watch live from your sofa on a computer, TV, phone, or tablet, seeing the rooms, terrace, views, building, and surroundings through their eyes.
This can save you the cost of flights, accommodation, rental cars, and time away only to discover that the properties are not right. Once one property, or a small final shortlist, feels right, you can fly over to see the strongest options in person and make the final decision with much more confidence. Virtual viewings are subject to a separate fee per viewing.
On The Island
Public transport exists, but if you are viewing properties, meeting agents, or handling paperwork across different parts of the island, timing matters. We help plan the route, appointments, local support, and transport so the trip is about decisions, not wasted hours.
